Sinopsis:
En un mundo alternativo, la Guerra Fría ha persistido durante 140 años. Como resultado de ello, el mundo se dividió en dos facciones: Los bloques occidental-capitalista, liderado por Estados Unidos, y oriental-comunista, liderado por la Unión Soviética. Como la Guerra Fría se prolonga, la tensión entre las dos facciones, así como el arsenal de Armas nucleares que poseen, va aumentando.
