Sinopsis:
Tatsumi Saiga, un ex fotógrafo de guerra que se dedica ahora a ser fotógrafo clandestinamente, se infiltra como reto a un club secreto, dónde participan políticos, gente adinerada y famosos. En dicho club, se encuentra con Kagura Tennouz, que le otorgaría poderes de la cosa que más ama, que es fotografiar. Saiga viendo el mundo caótico en donde vive Kagura, decide ir a salvarla, pero tendrá enemigos de por medio que no querrán que se lleve a Kagura "La Diosa"..
