Garfield is enrolled on the Dr. Whipple's Pet obedience course after Jon secretly tapes him misbehaving, but Garfield eventually discovers the doctor as a sham artist fraudulently using his course to launder money for himself; the doctor is then ruined when Garfield sneaks a microphone backstage as the Doctor says the public is stupid..
